From my childhood’s earliest memories, I have loved sculpture.  Initially attracted by their forms, shapes and shadow, it was the deep feelings they communicated which truly spoke to me.  Throughout my career as an artist, I have tried to translate these feelings into clay.  Whether sculpting friends, lovers or mother/child relationships,  I want to convey and share the beauty that I have experienced.

When I loose myself in the focus and rhythm of the work, when the muse is sitting on my shoulder and I am deeply in union with the piece, these are the moments I seek and savor.
