CARVED DECORATIONS

 Over the years, we have carved many decorations on plates, bowls and platters.  We customize the decoration for each particular  shape and piece, as well as customers request.   When the pieces are leather hard, they are painted with a red iron oxide slip, drawn and carved. The iron slip goes a grey-blue green with a mate glaze over it and a blue with our gloss glaze.  Either are available.
